WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ONLINE COACHING?

Realistic Goal Setting : We work together so that you can set realistic long and short term goals that are manageable and achievable. Having short term goals can help you stay consistent, accountable and on track to your all important long term goal.

Education : I will teach you how to get the best out of exercise & nutrition. There are a lot of long standing myths, smoke & mirrors within the fitness industry that often mean people are misled or don’t quite make it to their goals. Using the proper knowledge we can change that to make sure that the changes you achieve are long lasting and easy to sustain. Ultimately resulting in a change in lifestyle, rather than a change in short term change in habits.

Programming : You’ll be provided with programming specific to your situation and goals, with regular updates and access my training app which will display all of your workouts along with full video tutorials. This will also allow you to track each workout, which is important so that we can monitor your progression and update your program regularly to keep it interesting as well as progressive.

Community : You’ll be added to a private group which is a safe place in which you can share your thoughts and have some banter with the other Get Peachy members. It’s no secret that being part of groups and communities helps to keep you on track and engaged and that’s why it is such an important part of Get Peachy. I provide support to the group with regular posts, videos and more content as well as being on hand to answer any questions.

Accountability : A lot of people struggle to see results because they don’t have somebody to be accountable to, that person is me. Ultimately this is one of the most important parts of online coaching, I want all of my clients to have on going successful journeys and I will do my utmost to support you in any way that I can.

Check Ins : You will check in with me via an online form every week and I will respond with feedback and often homework. We will work through this together to enable you to reach your goals. You will also get one 30 minute phone call per month where we will discuss how your progress is going and adapt where needed.

See Me As A Friend : Sometimes you just need someone to talk to who understands your situation and goals, that someone is me. You’ll have direct access to me via a messenger so that I am always just on the other end of the line if you need anything. Ultimately I am here to personalise my services to you, if you want to get into the best shape of your life then that’s what I’ll help you do!
