Protein Spicy Fried Rice

Calories & Macros: 360kcals per serving (makes one serving) : P-40g, C-36g, F-5g

Ingredients

*1/2 bag of Microwavable Spicy Rice

*100g Frozen Veg - you could use 1 serving bag of frozen microwavable veg

*2 Egg Whites - you could add more to increase protein whilst keeping calories low

*1 Tin of Tuna - you could use ham/chicken/prawns

*Some Fry Light Spray for the frying pan

Method:

  1. Cook Veg in saucepan/microwave for suggested time on packet

  2. Cook Rice packet for suggested time (save the other 1/2 you don’t use for another day)

  3. Pop the frying pan on a medium heat with a few squirts of the Fry Light Spray.

  4. Once pan is hot, throw Rice, Veg & Tuna in to the pan.

  5. Add the 2 egg whites and keep tossing through the other ingredients until eggs are cooked.

  6. Serve!


Option to add more veg, or more protein or even some peri peri sauce! It’s quick, easy & very satisfying.
