Protein Spicy Fried Rice

*1/2 bag of Microwavable Spicy Rice
*100g Frozen Veg - you could use 1 serving bag of frozen microwavable veg
*2 Egg Whites - you could add more to increase protein whilst keeping calories low
*1 Tin of Tuna - you could use ham/chicken/prawns
*Some Fry Light Spray for the frying pan
Cook Veg in saucepan/microwave for suggested time on packet
Cook Rice packet for suggested time (save the other 1/2 you don’t use for another day)
Pop the frying pan on a medium heat with a few squirts of the Fry Light Spray.
Once pan is hot, throw Rice, Veg & Tuna in to the pan.
Add the 2 egg whites and keep tossing through the other ingredients until eggs are cooked.
Option to add more veg, or more protein or even some peri peri sauce! It’s quick, easy & very satisfying.
