Chicken Pasta Bake

150g Wholewheat Fusilli Pasta (Or pasta of your choice) Cooked as per instructions

5x Heck Italia Chicken Sausages (Cooked)

200g Mixed Peppers Chopped

1 Red Onion Chopped

1 Garlic Clove Minced or chopped

1 Red Chilli Chopped

1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes

2 tsp Dried Italian Seasoning

150g Sliced mushrooms (OPTIONAL)

60g Grated Cheese (I didn’t have any low fat cheese so kcals would reduce further if you used light cheese)


1. Cook Pasta & Sausages according to package instructions.

2. Chop Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms & Garlic

3. Whilst the Sausages & Pasta are cooking stir fry the veg all together then add the tinned tomatoes &


4. Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables ensuring it is all covered in the sauce

5. Cut the sausages into small bitesize chunks and stir through the mixture

6. Place all the mixture into a baking dish ( iused my silicone square dish)

7. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake on 180 (Fan) for 15-20mins until cheese is melted and all ingredients are

heated through
