Homemade Pizza

Ingredients:

1 Square Warburtons Protein Wholemeal Soft Wraps

2 tbsp Tomato Puree (or pizza sauce)

100g Cooked Chicken breast

50g Peppers

Red Onion

20g Sweetcorn

80g Mozzarella

3 Cherry Tomatoes

Method:

1. Preheat Grill to medium & Oven (Fan 190)

2. Grill both sides of the wrap for a min or 2 to ensure the base doesn’t go SLOPPY when you add your

ingredients

3. Spread the Tomato puree on the grilled wrap, top with Mozzarella

4. Chuck on all your ingredients and pop in the oven for 10-15min or until cheese has melted to your liking
