Tuna Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

•3 tins tuna

•1 tin Chicken & Mushroom Soup

•200g Peas

•200g Sweetcorn

•80g Reduced Cheddar Cheese (grated)

•2 Bags ready salted crisps

•200g Shell Pasta (or pasta of your choice)

•Optional: 50G Button mushrooms (chopped small)

Method:

1. Preheat Oven to 190

2. Cook the Pasta as per the package instructions

3. Meanwhile in a large bowl mix the soup, tuna, Mushrooms & 20g of the grated cheese & season with Salt/

Pepper

4. When the past is nearly cooked throw in the frozen Peas & sweetcorn. Drain when cooked

5. Add the pasta to the soup mixture and mix well.

6. Transfer to an oven proof dish. Place crisps on the top of the mixture and sprinkle the remaining cheese on

top

7. Bake for 20-25min or until cheese is melted/golden

8. Serve and enjoy
