This 12 week guide is the result of years of my own training, months of programming and testing on my own clients to ensure the guide is backed by evidence and results.

So what can you expect from the guide? 12 Weeks of programmed full body workouts with an emphasis on Glute development spread across 4 workouts per week with an optional home workout.

This guide isn’t for everyone and that is the idea! Months of planning and research have gone into making this guide as comprehensive as possible and that means to be able to take full advantage you will need ;

  • Access to a gym

  • Experience with barbells and resistance training

  • Able to train 4x per week for 45 minute to an hour

You don’t need to worry about new exercises as all have video explanations on my YouTube channel as explained within the guide to help make sure you are able to perform each exercise effectively. The guide is displayed in a PDF format so you can take it on the go with you on any device.
