Baked Banana & Chia Spiced Oatmeal

MACROS: Serves 1 - 519kcal, C65g, F14g, P29g (Macros may vary depending on brands used)

Ingredients:

1 Banana – Sliced lengthways
50g Oats
25g Protein Powder (unflavoured or Vanilla) 250ml Almond Milk
1 tbsp Raisins
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg

PS.........
The protein powder can be removed from this recipe if you’d prefer, just reduce the milk to 200ml

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Fan

  2. Mash half the banana & set the other half aside

  3. Combine the mashed banana with the oats, protein, milk, raisins & 3⁄4 of the seed mix

  4. Mix well – Microwave for 2-3mins

  5. Transfer to an oven proof bowl (if you used one for the microwave, continue with tis bowl –

    Saves washing up) Sprinkle the rest of the seed mix & place the other half of the banana on top.

  6. Bake for 25-30mins

  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool for 10min before tucking in.
