Dreamy Chocnut Overnight Oats

The basic Oats recipe can be adapted with toppings & sauces to suit your taste.

40g Porridge Oats
1 ripe banana (Sliced)
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1⁄4 tsp Vanilla Essence (optional)
1⁄2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
100-150ml Semi Skimmed Milk (depends how you like your oats) I personally use 150ml 5 mini Reece’s (or chocolate of your choice)


  1. Place the porridge oats in a jar, mason jar, or pot with a lid. Add the milk and give a little stir.

  2. Add chia seeds, vanilla essence & cinnamon

  3. Slice the banana on top, chuck the peanut butter in & top with chocolate.

  4. Pop lid on, refrigerate overnight and VOILA

  5. In the morning take the lid of and give it all a little stir then DIG IN xx
