Easy As 'F' Protein Pancakes

This recipe not only low kcal but it’s extremely filling & extremely versatile.
The basic pancake recipe can be adapted with toppings & sauces to suit your taste!

MACROS: 203kcal, C15g, F10g, P15g (Based on pancake recipe only – Medium Eggs & Banana weighing up to 66g)


Frying pan with handle Blender or whisk & bowl

2 eggs

1 ripe banana
Scoop Protein Powder (Optional – I personally don’t add any as there’s enough protein from the eggs) Your choice of fruit for topping, Greek Yog, Syrup or Sweet Freedom Choc shot (the list is endless)


  1. You won’t believe how easy it is –

  2. Pre Heat the grill and turn your hob on medium

    heat for both.

  3. Pop the eggs & banana in a blender (if you don’t

    have one just whisk them as best you can to

    remove all lumps) sprinkle ya cinnamon .......

  4. Heat a tsp of coconut oil (Olive oil will do) in a

    large pan

  5. Pour the pancake mixture into the pan and cook

    underside for a couple of minutes (until the top
    starts to bubble) at this point you could add any
    frozen fruit/berries you have to the top of the pancake.

  6. Now place the frying pan under the grill to cook the top of the pancake - this is a great way to keep your pancake perfectly ROUND [Symbol] This will again only need a few minutes to cook.

  7. Once cooked the pancake should simply slide off the pan onto your plate.

  8. Serve with a dollop of Greek yog sprinkled with honey, or syrup or Choc Shot ............... the list for

    topping is endless and totally up to you.

  9. If you prefer you can make smaller pancakes with the same recipe, personally I prefer one big one.
