Full English Brekkie Bake

MACROS Per Serving (Serves 1):

286kcal, C26g, F7g, P28g (Macros will differ slightly based on brands used)

For your Brekkie Pot you will need a small Dish that can be placed in the oven.

Ingredients:

2 Bacon Rashes – Cut into small chunks 4-6 Mushrooms – Sliced
150g Baked Beans
1 Egg

1 Tsp Oil
Optional – Sprinkle of Paprika & Worcs Sauce for seasoning Beans

Method:

  1. Pre Heat Oven to 200 (Fan Assisted)

  2. Slice Mushrooms, Cut Bacon Medallions into small chunks

  3. Put Beans in your Pot & season with Sprinkle of Paprika & Worcs Sauce

  4. Heat Oil in frying Pan, add mushrooms stir until cooked then place on top of beans

  5. Add Bacon to frying pan & cook, again add to top of beans

  6. Crack an egg on top season with Pepper then place Dish in the Oven for 20-25min or until the

    egg is cooked through.

VOILA !!!! You can make this a proper FULL English by cooking up a few HECK Chicken Sausages (Paprika are my Fave) these are very Macro friendly –
2x Paprika Sausages = 97Kcal, C4.4g, F1.5g & P 17g, a slice or 2 of toast or even an extra egg on top. Again very adaptable.
