Tortilla Breakfast Bowl

MACROS Per Serving (Serves 1):

407kcal, C33g, F15g, P33g (Macros may vary depending on brands used)Prep: 10min

Ingredients:

1 Tortilla Wrap (I used Brown) 2 Bacon Medallions
2 Large Eggs
Chilli Flakes

3 Mushrooms, quartered 1 large tomato chopped Handful spinach leaves

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180

  2. Push the tortilla into a small oven proof bowl to

    create the edible bowl & place in oven for

    10-15min

  3. Meanwhile gently fry the bacon, Mushrooms &

    tomatoes in a low cal cooking spray, remove

    from pan & set aside

  4. Crack eggs into pan & scramble, add chilli

    flakes

  5. Get the tortilla out the oven and gently remove from bowl, place on a plate & gently place all the

ingredients inside!!

Mix it up and add some Heck sausages or avocado !!
