Macro Friendly Apple Strudel

1 Cooking Apple

100g Jar Mincemeat (50g Per Strudel)

2 Sandwich Wraps (Any Wraps)


1 Egg (to egg wash only)


1. Pre heat the oven to 200

2. Chop the apple into small pieces and place in a saucepan with some water & a sprinkle of

sweetener, Cook until Mushy

3. Fold the wraps in half and score lines down the rounded side (ready to plait when the

filling is in) open up & egg wash the scored sections

4. Once the apple is cooked spread it down the centre of each wrap and spoon the

mincemeat on top evenly, mix through gently with the spoon

5. Fold the ends over then fold each scored section over individually (left side then right a

little like a plait) Egg wash the tops & sprinkle with sweetener

6. Bake for 10-12min or until golden

7. Serve with ice cream or custard & enjoy
