Protein Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:

4 Medium Sized Bananas

50g Unflavoured Protein Powder

50g Coconut Flour

100g Ground Almond

60g Chopped Walnuts

1 tsp Baking Powder

2 eggs, whisked

20g Cacao Nips (or Chocolate drops)

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 (fan)

2. Mash 3 of the bananas. Don’t worry if they are a bit lumpy, the odd banana lump will tatse nice in

the bread

3. Add all the ingredients to the mashed banana and mix well

4. Grease a small loaf tin (aprox 20cm)

5. Scoop the mixture into the tin then slice the 4 th banana length wise and push into the top of the

mixture

6. Bake for 45-50 minutes

7. Cool and cut into 10 slices
