Sticky Caramel Biscoff Blondies

Ingredients:

100g Oats

80g Vanilla or caramel protein powder

180g Biscoff Spread (By the Nutella & spreads in the supermarket)

50g Egg whites

100ml Semi Skimmed Milk (or other milk choice)

1 tsp Baking powder

Method:

1. Preheat Oven to 180 fan

2. Place all ingredients into a blender/food processor mix well. Mix should be pourable

3. Line a brownie tin with baking powder & pour in the mixture

4. Place in the oven for 10-12min (blondies should be a little gooey in the middle – But not runny)

5. Remove from the oven, slice & Serve
