Chocolate Protein Pancakes (New!)

Macros Per Serving (Serves 1)

Kcal : 412, P : 32g, C : 42g, F : 12g, Fibre : 12g


  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Tbsp Oats

  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

  • 1 Egg

  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder

  • Enough Milk To Blend


  1. Place all the ingredients in a powerful blender (Ideally a nutribullet or something similar) and blend until smooth. Dependant on how thick you like your pancakes will depend on how much milk you need to add.

  2. Heat a non stick pan over a medium heat and add spoonfuls of the pancake mixture in your desired size and thickness.

  3. When bubbles start to appear flip them over, cook for 1-2 minutes and remove from the pan.

  4. Repeat until all of your mixture is used up.

  5. Top with whatever you like!

Some of my favourite toppings are Greek Yoghurt, Fresh Berries, Choc Shot, Almond or Peanut Butter, Honey, Maple Syrup but the world is your oyster here!
