Peach Club + Weekly Check Ins
I think the best service for you would be the Peach Club program (you choose from either the gym/home workouts or both) and a weekly email check in so I can ensure you are happy, making progress and feel like you are supported whilst working towards your goal. The Peach Club program is an ongoing workout program that gets updated every 6 weeks, you will be following the program alongside the other members in my community, so everyone is doing the same program at the same time! The weekly check in's will be completely personalised and tailored to you, this is your chance to hold yourself accountable, ask for support and have me as your coach to rely on for help. Project Me
The service I think you are best suited to is my 8 Week Online Group Coaching Program Project Me. Over the 8 weeks you will be coached within a group setting and be provided with Nutrition, Exercise, Mindset & Wellness support. You'll also receive bi-weekly 1:1 check ins and a whole host of other guidance, I must stress even though this coaching is in a group you will always feel seen and heard!! This program will help to teach you how to make looking after your health & fitness easier and more tailored around what actually works for you, the best project you will ever work on is yourself...so let's start by doing that together. 1:1 Online Coaching
The best service I think you are most suited to is 1:1 Online Coaching. This is my most personal service and I very much work with you on a 1:1 basis. I design a workout program best suited for you and your needs (or you can opt to do Peach Club if you prefer). I tailor your nutrition, exercise and wellness advice around you and your preference and we work together on a very personal basis so I can help to support you to achieve your goal and ensure you always feel like you are making progress in some shape or form. Your goal does not need to be fat loss or building muscle, you might need my help with improving your relationship with food and that's absolutely something I can help you to do.
